Machinery/Production
Process
We can finish the whole
process from cutting to delivery. The process
consists of five steps: slipping units,
frequencing units, producing units, testing and
packing. We have G-10000 cleaning stability room,
adapting the DI-water facilities of 18M to 16M to
clean the manufacturing environment. We have
advanced production equipment imported from Japan
and Korea, such as quartz blank auto-sorters,
base-plating machines, frequency adjustment
machines, welding machines and so
